We found Julianna running down the road in a rainstorm near the Bellevue Insane Asylum wearing nothing but a pink prom dress and a straight jacket. The Pure Cirkus Klowns (who had just stolen the bus to take on a joy ride) were lucky enough to pull over and give her a ride.
After cutting her from the restraints, they learned that she had been institutionalized after assaulting several passers-by in Pioneer Square with juggling balls and attempting to sodomize them with balloon animals. Now we have this lovely vixen of insanity running with our very own Klowns. As long as she is heavily medicated with paint at all times she is safe** to roam the streets of Seattle.
